? About the Role:

As our Infant Teacher, you?ll work closely with infants aged 0?23 months, creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports their early development. From tummy time to story time, you?ll play an essential role in helping our babies feel safe, loved, and ready to explore the world around them.

? Location: Good Shepherd Christian Academy - 5625 Good Shepherd Way Fort Worth TX 76119
? Pay: $12.50/hour and up (based on experience, credentials, and certifications)

Duties

• Provide attentive, loving care to infants and maintain a nurturing classroom environment.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Keep accurate records of daily routines, feedings, diaper changes, and developmental milestones.
• Communicate positively and professionally with families about their child?s day and progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom following licensing and health standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and participate in professional development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver?s License
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willingness to obtain)
Prior experience in early childhood education or child care
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
